The Golden Mill Food Hall was recognized by Best of Denver® as its Best New Food Hall of 2022. This former flour mill and feed store hosts Golden, CO’s first rooftop bar. The Golden Mill is using GoTab’s cloud-based Restaurant Commerce Platform to transform their food hall operations.

About Susan Ganter

Susan is co-owner of The Golden Mill, a large-scale food hall and community gathering place in Golden, CO. Through her extensive relationships and presence in the Golden community, Susan and her team have established The Golden Mill as an integral part of the town’s fabric. She works closely on a daily basis with The Golden Mill management team to create a welcoming environment for guests, host community events and run a successful business operation. Additionally, Susan directly oversees all marketing and public relations efforts for The Golden Mill.

Marcel is the General Manager of the Golden Mill Food Hall. Prior to The Golden Mill, Marcel served in various GM and Manager roles at venues such as Westbound & Down Brewing Company and Denver Union Station.
