Can I pay off my GoTab 0 Percent Financing early?

Yes, operators can pay off their GoTab 0% financing at anytime, without penalty or additional fees

Does GoTab financing require application fees?

No. GoTab does not charge an application fee for POS financing. Once the application is approved, we charge a one-time documentation fee for processing and expenses related to credit reports, UCC filings, etc.

What factors are used to determine credit-worthiness for GoTab POS financing?

Credit-worthiness factors for GoTab POS financing include: the length of time in business (2 years minimum), bank and financing references, and credit bureau ratings.

What financing terms does GoTab make available for its operators?

GoTab offers customers the choice between 24 and 36 month contracts, allowing them to pay down their upfront costs over time rather than all up front.

What part of my GoTab implementation can I finance?

With 0% financing, GoTab customers can finance 100% of their purchase. This covers all hardware, implementation, set up costs, tax and shipping, and all of your monthly software fees.

Is there a Setup Fee?

Yes, setup fees are customized to your unique needs. Talk to a GoTab Account Executive for a demo and setup estimate.

Do I need to buy special hardware to use GoTab?

Unique to GoTab, we do not require our proprietary hardware to be purchased to utilize our solutions. Our technology can run on Windows, iOS and Android, and can integrate with other POS systems and hardware.

Does GoTab have a Mobile POS?

Yes. GoTab offers our Pocket POS that lets you bring all the features of a stationary POS table side.

How long does it take to get started?

Once we receive your paperwork, we can typically complete setup and launch in a few weeks. Be sure to notify your GoTab Account Executive of important launch deadlines and we can will do our best to meet your needs.

How are payments processed?

GoTab processes the payments and deposits the funds into your account.

Is GoTab integrated with any third party systems?

Yes. We are always rolling out new integrations to third-party systems. Contact us if you do not see what you’re looking for on our partners list.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No, GoTab does not require long-term contracts. Unlike competitors, we have to earn your business each month. As a part of our flexible model, we also do not require a hardware “lock in” – or exclusive use of our hardware.

Does GoTab support discounts, fees and order rules?

Yes, with GoTab you can customize discounts, special fees and order rules. You can access all of these settings through the GoTab Manager App.

Will GoTab set up my menu?

Yes. Just send us an existing menu, a spreadsheet, or anything in between. Your GoTab Customer Success Manager will set up your first menu.

Is GoTab integrated with other POS Systems?

Yes. We integrate with common POS systems. Contact us if you do not see what you’re looking for on our POS integrations list.

Does GoTab allow me to run first-party delivery?

Yes. GoTab offers a wide range of features for first-party delivery.
