Account Deletion Policy

GoTab Account Deletion Policy

We respect your right to data privacy and offer the option to delete your GoTab account if you no longer wish to use our services.  You can delete your account and all associated payment methods by visiting and clicking the Delete Account link at the bottom of the page.  You must first be logged in to your account in order to access this page.

Alternatively, you can request that we delete your account for you by emailing your request to  Please provide your name and the mobile phone number associated with your account when you contact us.  We will process your request within 48 hours.

Please note:  Your account cannot be deleted if you have an outstanding balance on any tab at any GoTab location.  Please pay the remaining balance on your open tabs by visiting your account page at or contact us at for support.
