What happens if a guest's card declines when the tab closes?

The tab stays open with a balance due and is flagged across every GoTab location, so the same card cannot open another failed tab anywhere. Progressive authorization is what keeps this rare: the decline surfaces at the next order, while the guest is still at the bar, instead of at closing.
