What is a handheld POS?

Handheld POS systems allow hosts, servers and bartenders to take the POS with them as they move about the venue to take orders, make table touches, or communicate with the back-of-house. The GoTab Handheld POS has all of the features of a traditional POS station, just sized to a handheld terminal. Servers can use the GoTab Handheld POS to open tabs, place orders, take credit card/debit card payments, and much more.
