GoTab, Inc. warrants that GoTab hardware will conform to our published user documentation, and will not have substantial defects in materials and workmanship.
Adyen payment terminals are covered by a 1 year limited warranty, Samsung devices are covered by the manufacturer's limited 1 year warranty, MicroTouch and iMin displays are covered by the manufacturer’s limited 3 year warranty.
If you discover a defect in GoTab Hardware during the warranty period and notify one of our customer support representatives, we will, at our discretion, either employ commercially reasonable efforts to repair, correct, or provide a workaround for the defect by remote support or ship a replacement at no additional charge to you. Any replacement hardware will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or 30 days, whichever is longer.
This limited warranty does not apply if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the defect has been caused by abuse, negligence, accident, misuse, loss, theft, abnormal wear-and-tear, improper transportation, installation (not completed by a GoTab representative), acts of nature, such as hurricanes or floods, or servicing (upgrading, expansion, disassembly, repair, or other modification) by anyone who is not specifically authorized by GoTab.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a resolution within a reasonable time following your proper submission of a warranty claim.
This limited warranty applies only to hardware which you purchase directly from GoTab. This limited warranty does not guarantee your uninterrupted use of GoTab hardware, and it will not apply where a defect results from accident, abuse, misapplication, or abnormal usage, including usage of GoTab hardware outside of our specifications. To return GoTab hardware under the limited warranty, you must request a Return Material Authorization number from a customer support representative according to the Return Authorization Procedure Policy. We may refuse returns attempted more than thirty (30) days after an RMA number is issued.

Once the warranty period expires, we will continue to support the application software on your GoTab hardware according to the Hardware Lifetime Policy.
