Bookings in ROLLER. Everything Else on One GoTab Tab.

Connect ROLLER to GoTab’s family entertainment center POS so guests pay once for the whole visit, from the lane or bay they booked to the last round at the bar.

Two Systems. Two Checkouts. Two Sets of Numbers.

Most family entertainment centers sell the activity in one system and the burgers and beer in another. Guests get split checks and a second card swipe. Managers reconcile two reports every night. GoTab and ROLLER now work together so that stops.

How the ROLLER + GoTab Integration Works

  1. Book in ROLLER. Guests book online. ROLLER handles capacity, waivers, check-in and deposits, just as it does today.
  2. Open the tab in GoTab. Staff search for the booking and pull it onto a GoTab tab. Booked items, discounts and deposits come over automatically.
  3. Serve all day, settle once. Guests order by server, handheld, kiosk or their own phone. At checkout they split or pay one bill, and the items, payments and tips sync back to the ROLLER booking.

Benefits of the GoTab + ROLLER Integration

One Tab per Guest or Group: Activities, food and drinks on one check. Groups split it however they like.

Order Any Way: Servers, handhelds, QR codes, Easy Tab, kiosks and fixed tablets, with menus by zone, bay or lane.

Bigger Tabs, Faster Service: Guest-led ordering keeps rounds coming without pulling players off the lane or out of the bay.

One Record of the Visit: ROLLER stays your source of truth for guests and bookings, with F&B sales posted back to the booking. Item-level F&B detail lives in GoTab.
