Charge Food and Beverage to the Room with GoTab & Stayntouch

The GoTab and Stayntouch integration lets a guest charge food and beverage to their room from any outlet on the property. GoTab looks the guest up in Stayntouch, confirms the reservation and its posting account, and posts the closed check to the folio.

Find the Guest by Name, Room or Account

A server at the restaurant, the bar or poolside looks the guest up by last name, room number or account number. GoTab checks the reservation against Stayntouch live and confirms the posting account before the charge is accepted, so an invalid room or a departed guest fails at the point of sale instead of at night audit.

Charges and Tips Post Under Their Own Codes

GoTab posts the payment and the tip to Stayntouch as separate charge codes, configured per property from the codes Stayntouch already uses. Food and beverage revenue and gratuity land where the property's accounting expects them, rather than arriving as one combined amount someone has to split later.

Refunds Go Back the Same Way

A refund reverses against the same reservation and posting account through the same connection, so the folio stays correct without a manual adjustment.

One of Several PMS Connections

GoTab also connects to Infor, Mews and Oracle's hospitality platform. A property running a mix of systems, or moving between them, is not locked into a single PMS by its point of sale.
