About the Golden Mill

The Golden Mill is a unique and highly successful food hall located in Golden, CO. It was recognized by Best of Denver® as its Best New Food Hall of 2022. This former flour mill and feed store hosts Golden, CO’s first rooftop bar. The Golden Mill is using GoTab’s cloud-based Restaurant Commerce Platform to transform their food hall operations:

‍Susan Ganter Bio

‍Susan is a co-owner of The Golden Mill and works closely on a daily basis with The Golden Mill management team to run the successful operations of a large scale food hall and community gathering place.  Through her extensive relationships and presence in the Golden community, she has worked to establish The Golden Mill as an integral fabric of the local Golden community with her team by creating and hosting community events at the Golden Mill.  Susan additionally oversees all of the marketing and public relations for the Golden Mill.

‍Brett Russell Bio

Brett Russell is the Director of Operations for The Golden Mill, a state of the art Food Hall and Entertainment Venue located in Golden, Colorado. With over 25 years of experience in the Restaurant & Hospitality space, Brett specializes in integrating modern technology solutions with bedrock hospitality and operations principles, creating top tier guest experiences that drive top line revenue while also increasing efficiencies that translate to bottom line growth. Brett began his career in Dallas, TX, where he owned and operated his own restaurant concepts, later selling them and moving to Golden, Colorado, where he began working for Snooze, an AM Eatery, creating and implementing systems that helped drive national growth. Now at The Golden Mill, Brett is focused on embracing new and creative solutions to continue to be a leader in this new space in the hospitality industry.
