Tim Skaja is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with more than 20 years of success as a professional, experienced leader, and advisor who has a well-rounded, straightforward, honest approach to business strategy. He is the owner/operator of Pints & Paddle, a “premier pickleball facility,” with ten indoor courts, a self-serve taproom and a rapid-order, pick-up-style restaurant 

As co-founder and CEO of Renovo Software, he led the company into a position of leadership in the technology space, which led to a private equity strategic exit. Tim has also held executive leadership positions with Global Tel*Link, Renovo Software, Inc., and Todd Communications. 

His extensive experience includes strategic business planning, identifying and creating operational efficiencies and scale, and protecting innovation and intellectual property for start-up and growth businesses. He has a proven track record of providing strong and visionary leadership.

‍Josh Goodman Founder and CEO of PourMyBeer

Josh Goodman is the Founder & CEO of PourMyBeer, the world’s leading self-pour technology company. Named among Forbes’ Next 1000 CEOs to Watch, he has been profiled on Bloomberg, Cheddar, Thrive Global, Fox News, CNN, and CNBC’s On the Money, and more.
