GoTab’s integration with SevenRooms creates a seamless flow between reservation data and in-venue ordering, helping operators deliver a smoother guest experience with fewer manual steps.
1. Automatic Guest & Tab Sync
When a guest checks in through SevenRooms, a tab is automatically created in GoTab. If a tab is opened first in GoTab, the system looks for a matching SevenRooms reservation and links them—or creates a walk-in reservation at the assigned table.
2. Automated Reservation Deposits
For reservations with deposits, SevenRooms sends deposit details directly into GoTab. Deposits are automatically applied to the guest’s tab without requiring staff intervention.
3. Unified Guest & Spend Data
GoTab sends tab-level data back into SevenRooms to keep guest profiles and spend history consistent across platforms. Benefit: Operators get complete, reliable data for reporting, personalization, and marketing.
