GoTab Launches ROLLER Integration for Leisure and Attractions Venues with High Velocity F&B Operations

Venues can now connect the ROLLER guest experience and GoTab ordering on one tab for more advanced food and beverage operations

ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 22, 2026 — GoTab, the entertainment commerce platform, today announced a new integration with ROLLER, the all-in-one venue management platform for attractions and entertainment venues. The integration connects ROLLER bookings to GoTab’s food and beverage point of sale, so guests at family entertainment centers (FECs), arcades, bowling centers, multi-attraction venues and eatertainment concepts can keep one F&B tab for their whole visit.

Family entertainment centers and other multi-activity venues with complex or high velocity food & beverage operations often run on separate POS systems. Guests pay a deposit in one place and settle food and drinks in another. Staff must then manually reconcile two sets of numbers at the end of the night. The GoTab and ROLLER integration closes that gap.

How the ROLLER + GoTab Integration Works

  • ROLLER runs the venue experience. Online bookings, capacity, check-in, waivers and deposits stay in ROLLER.
  • Staff pull a ROLLER booking onto a GoTab tab. From the GoTab POS, staff search ROLLER bookings by date or guest name and add a booking to a tab in one tap. Booked items come over with their ROLLER names and prices, booking discounts apply automatically, and payments already made in ROLLER are applied to the tab.
  • The tab stays in sync. If the ROLLER booking changes, such as a manager adding a party package, the GoTab tab updates automatically. Guests add food and drinks all day by server, handheld, kiosk, or their own phone via QR code and Easy Tab.
  • One check, then back to ROLLER. Guests split or settle one bill. When the tab closes, GoTab payments, tips and items added in GoTab are recorded on the ROLLER booking, so ROLLER maintains the guest record and operators see the full visit.

“The guest should only have to pull out their wallet once,” said Mateen Habib, Chief Growth Officer at GoTab. “Attractions venue operators told us they were running two systems that didn’t talk to each other. With ROLLER and GoTab connected, there’s one source of truth for the operator, and the visit becomes one experience for the guest.”

Why Overtime Arena Chose GoTab and ROLLER for Bookings and F&B

Overtime Arena chose GoTab and ROLLER so guests can manage their whole visit on one tab. The new sports entertainment venue in Selden, N.Y., will feature 10 golf simulators, batting cages, a full restaurant and bar, and plans to open in December 2026. ROLLER will manage bay and cage bookings. GoTab will power food and beverage across the venue with servers, handhelds, QR ordering and fixed tablets, plus reporting by bay, area and event. The integration between the two will allow both to seamlessly work together to create a great guest experience.

“We chose ROLLER and GoTab because together they give Overtime Arena the flexibility to create a seamless guest experience across entertainment, simulators, food and beverage, and events. Both platforms are built for high-volume, experience-driven venues and give us the technology and scalability we need as Overtime Arena grows.” — Anthony Grassa, Overtime Arena
