We talk to brewery owners and tap room managers all the time about changing their POS. They come to us for a lot of reasons. Maybe their current POS is out of date and staff are complaining. Or maybe it’s just become too expensive and they want to see what the possibilities are.
Honestly we don’t really like talking about upgrading/changing POS. There’s very little new to say. The process steps aren’t interesting. Plus, as a business GoTab doesn't view the tap room through a POS lens.
We’d much rather talk about changing a brewer’s POINT OF VIEW. That’s where the conversations become much more interesting. What can a brewery do to open up new sources of revenue? Are there more sales, from your current clientele, right there for the taking?
We like to help brewery owners and operators sort those questions out. And that’s what we’ll get into on this new video series. How can your POINT OF VIEW about your current service model, current sales and sources of revenue change to make a positive impact for your brewery?
You’ll get some fresh new ways of thinking, and maybe you’ll sort out some decisions about how to make it all work in your specific situation.
But first, meet our brewery bros, Taylor Smith, Beer Nerd and Doug Cleary, Tap Room Explorer.
