A former boss used to say: “People will never tell you their problems unless they believe you can solve them.” While he wasn’t my favorite boss, he supplied a handy set of marketing and sales truisms that I rely on to this day.
Like every other company that sells software, we work hard to earn the right to hear our customers’ and prospects’ business problems. For years, we’ve been part of the Craft Beer Professionals community. We’ve been attending, and listening, which I think has earned us a measure of credibility with the community.

This milestone matters to us for a few reasons. First, we’re proud to support an event that helps craft brewers connect with one another; something the industry needs now more than ever. Smashers Pickleball + Bar + Grill in San Angelo opened as a passion project and quickly turned into a 37,000-square-foot destination with courts, food, drinks, and even a golf simulator. It’s busy most nights, with strong court utilization right out of the gate.
