What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

  • captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Top Craft Brewery Trends to Expect in 2024

What Top Craft Brewery Operators Expect This Year

More About Our Presenters:

Kevin Carr, Founder, Community Beer

Kevin Carr, Founder, Community Beer, the 3rd largest independently-owned craft brewery in Texas

A native of Dallas, Kevin has a diverse background in various areas of business.   He has been a part of five entrepreneurial ventures over the past 25 years - ranging from financial services, internet technologies, and manufacturing.  Through the 1990’s and 2000’s Kevin was an avid homebrewer for over 15 years and developed a passion for quality craft beer.  As owner of a legal software company, he would travel all over the country – and internationally - serving his clients and appearing as a speaker at many industry conferences.  While on the road, he'd always make a point to seek out local craft beer offerings.

However, as much as he loved his hometown, he was disappointed there were no craft breweries in Dallas proper.  This prompted him to begin researching what it would take to open a Dallas-based brewery.  That research took him to beer-centric cities such as Denver and Portland to better understand the industry, and the inner-workings of running a brewery.  He then began what would be a 2.5 year process with the goal of opening a Dallas-based brewery.   Community Beer Company was launched in January 2013.

Under Kevin’s leadership, Community Beer Company has grown to be the 3rd largest independently-owned craft brewery in Texas, built a strong fan following, and has won multiple awards for its beer.

In May 2021, the brewery moved its entire operation to a new 70,000 square foot facility just down the highway from its old location.   The new facility provides space to expand, a two-story taproom, biergarten, restaurant and the ability to launch new products such as:  spirts, wine, non-alcoholic beer, hard seltzers, carbonated water, hop tea, and hop water.   This new facility provides a visible, central location where we can deliver on Kevin's vision of what he wanted the brewery to represent: providing quality local craft beer to our community and offering a place for the community to gather, all while giving back to the community via the brewery’s charity – The Greater Good – which supports various programs such as: disaster relief, the homeless, the deaf, dog adoptions, and a cycling team that raises money for causes such as multiple sclerosis, diabetes, cystic fibrosis, the Boys and Girls Club, and cancer research.
