Chad Biel, Owner, Bohemian Bull

Like so many successful restaurant owners, Chad Biel grew up cooking and started working in restaurants at age 16 as a dishwasher. Since then he's had years of corporate experience with Carrabba's and Chick-fil-A where he learned about having great systems and organization, but also learned he wanted to be a part of something with less bureaucracy. He had been the GM at Bohemian Bull in Charleston, SC for a few years when he purchased the business last year. 

Bohemian Bull was inspired by the culture and lifestyle of the Charleston area. They love the town and the people in it. They strive to support the local community in everything they do and are proud to use local vendors as much as they can. 

Bohemian Bull is a place where family and friends can come and relax in a lively, open atmosphere, enjoy hearty, craveable food, and a delicious selection of craft beers and cocktails

Morgan O’Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer, FlyteCo Brewing

Introducing Morgan O'Sullivan, a dynamic entrepreneur and leader in the brewing industry. Morgan holds a B.A. in sociology from Willamette University, showcasing a foundation in understanding societal dynamics that undoubtedly contributes to his success in business.

With a diverse background in sales within the Petroleum Industry and Telecom, Morgan brought a wealth of experience to the brewing world, infusing innovation and strategic thinking into the industry. Prior to his ventures in brewing, Morgan's career spanned across various roles, displaying versatility and adaptability.

In 2014, Morgan co-founded FlyteCo Brewing, driven by a fervor for entrepreneurship, a love for crafting exceptional beers, and a unique passion for aviation. After years of meticulous research and successful fundraising endeavors, FlyteCo Brewing took flight in March 2019, marking the beginning of an exciting journey.

In the face of the challenges posed by 2020, Morgan's resilience and leadership skills ensured the survival and success of FlyteCo Brewing. Undeterred by adversity, the team continued to soar, and in August 2022, they celebrated the grand opening of their second location, FlyteCo Tower.

Within the FlyteCo Brewing family, Morgan has donned various hats, including roles such as beer tender, keg washer, and beer delivery, showcasing his hands-on approach and commitment to every aspect of the business. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer, Morgan plays a pivotal role in steering the company towards new heights.

Morgan O'Sullivan's journey exemplifies a perfect blend of education, industry experience, and entrepreneurial spirit. His dedication to the craft, coupled with his strategic vision, has propelled FlyteCo Brewing to become a prominent player in the brewing landscape.

‍Tim McLaughlin, GoTab Co-Founder and CEO

Prior to co-founding GoTab, McLaughlin led Siteworx, Inc., an e-commerce and digital experience agency with clients including PayPal, Goldman Sachs, VeriSign, Bain & Co., and Thermo Fisher Scientific, to a successful PE exit in 2012. Subsequent to Siteworx, Tim and his wife Jen co-founded Caboose Brewing Co., an upscale 2 location brewery and farm-to-table concept based in Vienna, Virginia. Tim is also owner of craft beer and cider distributor, Ferment Nation. In 2022, Insider named Tim to its annual Restaurant Innovators Power Players list, and Inc. recognized GoTab as a Power Partner for the company’s proven track record supporting entrepreneurs and helping startups grow.

Wil Brawley, Co-Owner, Schedulefly

Wil Brawley is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Schedulefly, a scheduling software for restaurants. He is also the author of Restaurant Owners Uncorked and Restaurant Owners Uncorked Part II. He is also the host of the Restaurant Owners Uncorked podcast.
