The GoTab and Infor integration lets a guest charge food and beverage to their room from any outlet on the property. GoTab looks the guest up in Infor, verifies the folio, and posts the closed check — subtotal, tax, tip and service charge — directly to the guest's bill.
A server at the pool bar, the lobby lounge or the restaurant finds the guest by room number, last name or folio number. GoTab queries Infor live, returns the matching folios, and the guest signs for the charge. No paper chits, and no re-keying into the PMS at the end of a shift.
GoTab validates the folio with Infor before accepting it as payment, so a closed or invalid folio fails at the point of sale rather than surfacing at night audit. Refunds and reversals post back through the same connection.
GoTab maps its accounting streams — net sales, tax, tips, service charges and fees — to the Infor revenue center and service period the property configures. F&B revenue arrives broken out the way the accounting team expects it, not as a single lump sum.
Every posting carries the property identifier, and the integration supports charges that originate at one property and post to another. That matters for resorts and hotel groups running several properties under one Infor tenant.
GoTab also connects to Mews, Stayntouch and Oracle's hospitality platform. A property running a mix of systems, or moving between them, is not locked into a single PMS choice by its point of sale.
